| (I) The scientist -B (Non -Medical) post is a group a scientific position under ICMR with a central government pay structure . Selected candidates will be appointed at pay level-10 as per the 7th central pay commission , with a strating basic salary of ₹ 56,100/- per month along with DA,HRA,TA and other applicable allowances. |
| (II) Apart from the salary , candidates will be entitled to pension benefits, medical facilities , and research related incentives as per prevailing government rules and norms. |

| Scientist-B (Non -Medical): Master degree in biomedical sciences from a recognized university OR IT/Computer Science Post: M.E/M.Tech in computer sciences or MCA/B.Tech with a phd in IT or Computer Sciences OR Pharmacology Post: Master degree in pharmacy (Pharmacology) or a Pharm.D qualification |
